Breasts Pain is a Sharp and Dull pain, but with continuous effect in the mammary gland. It is very common in women of almost all ages. It is usually caused by different hormone changes during different cycles in the life of women. It includes pain during periods, menstruation cycle, pregnancy, after birth, old ages, etc.

It is caused by different and false eating habits like smoking and drinking, also by eating harmful medicines. It is also common in the first and second trimesters of pregnancy and by different infections in the body. It is rare in men and transgender.

Breast Pain During Pregnancy

During Pregnancy, breast pain is very common. It is often said to be one of the first symptoms of pregnancy. Women’s breasts start to tender, their body is full of hormones that produce bigger and fuller breasts. It helps women to breastfeed the baby.

Why is it Important?

After Pregnancy, the breasts start to get bigger and show notable differences. Breasts show enlargement because the hormones are producing milk ducts. This is to breastfeed the baby. It shows visible changes after 6 to 8 weeks, especially during the first pregnancy.

Breast Pain

This breast pain is common in almost women of all ages. But if you feel breast pain with the following symptoms, one must have major chances of being pregnant, one must be concerned to the doctor or prescribed Obstetrician (Doctor Skilled in Child Birth, Menstrual Periods and Pregnancy).

Cold and Nausea

Breast Pain with Nausea, Cold, and Flu also shows some symptoms of being pregnant. Our body shows fever-like symptoms, like an increase in internal body temperature, the body starts to heat up because of the increase in blood flow. It lasts up to 2 to 3 weeks. The digestive also gets slowed down with time, light foods are prescribed during this time. And the belly seems to be bloated all the time.

Body Changing

During Pregnancy, the body and figure of the women also change a lot, almost all of the parts get affected by it. Breasts start to reform, the hormones make the breasts go tender. The body starts to smell and shows different urinal problems. The body becomes itchy over the breasts and belly, and the belly seems to be stretched (also shows stretch marks) and painful. It is better to visit a doctor at that time. The belly starts to get bigger and heavier. The upper abdomen becomes hard like a ball in the belly.  The urge to pee also increases, pressure on the bladder increases.

Change in Mood

The body doesn’t feel good and feels sensitive. The mood will go swingy, and keep changing occasionally. The body feels disturbed and tired all the time after being pregnant. The mood goes up and down.

Tender Breasts

The flooding of estrogen and progesterone in the body which are responsible for making tender in breasts. The body makes the breasts tender and soft. The amount of blood flow to the mammary gland increases time by time, the veins start getting wider and showing a blue effect. The breasts start to sore due to an increased flow of blood, and they become painful from time to time.

Missing Periods

Missing Periods or Uneven Menstrual Cycles is also said to be the second most important symptom of pregnancy. Because the fertilized egg is now dividing and multiplying. It shows bleeding as well, it may cause cramping and irritation. In most cases, back pain is also normal.

Change in Taste

The hormones tend to change the taste of the tongue. The foods and drinks taste like metals, the flooded hormones of estrogen affect the taste buds and give them a metallic flavor.
