Normal Breast Pain is just Sharp and Continuous pain. It may also be a slight burning sensation. This pain can be painful and uncomfortable, many people suffer from it occasionally. It is a tight pain in the Breast Tissue and it is also known as Mastalgia. Many people know about Mastalgia.

What are the causes?

There are many reasons for Breast Sore. It is commonly normal in Men, Women And Transgender as well. It is caused by Hormonal Fluctuations that causes severe burning like pain in the tissue.

Breast also may feel heavy during this time, and this is common in breast feeding. If the pain continuous and to ease the lifestyle, one should visit doctor as soon as possible for a better treatment

During Periods, these Hormones help the breasts to grow. In Puberty, Men’s breasts also simulate these hormones. Occasional breast pain is common in women, this pain can be Cyclical(in periods) or Non Cyclical.

When to Worry About? Or to Visit a Doctor?

It will be really great if one should visit a doctor once a month for a complete check up. Under an emergency or severe pain, it will be better to visit a doctor in the first place. Breasts usually grow in their 20s at a greater rate, so it won’t be wrong to visit a doctor in time. Sore breasts are a sharp pain. If this pain lasts more than 3-6 days, visiting a doctor would be perfect.

If the pain becomes unbearable, it is an emergency. If the breast tissue shows noticeable changes, or this colour of breasts or nipples seems to be changing, or shows redness, it is the time to worry. It is not common in the women above 30s.

If your breasts show signs like swallowing, you must see a doctor in time. If the pain doesn’t stop within 3-5 days or become worse, it is also not good.

If your breast shows a lumpy or redness on the nipple, or becomes discoloured, you should call a physician immediately.

Breasts Examine; it will be  really great to do a breasts exam to detect any change in the cells, or discomfort in the tissue. It is available on the internet. Checkup to the doctor during periods would be perfect.

If the pain is non cyclical, it would be much worse. Men also undergo Non Cyclical Pain. It can be caused by Anxiety or Stressing.

Breast Cancer is getting common, and this disease can be harmful. Feel free to discuss it. In our society it seems to be a taboo to discuss it. Many symptoms are as common as we have mentioned above. Like,

  • Swallowing of Breast Tissue
  • Thickening of Breast Tissue
  • Increase of Blood in the breast
  • Breast Milk with Blood
  • Pain in the center of Tissue
  • Redness in Nipple
  • Discolored Breast
  • Irritation in the Breast
  • Lumping of Blood cells inside the Armpit
  • NonCyclical Breast Pain
  • Dimpling, and Temperature Rising at the point of Cancer

These conditions are also caused by Tumor and Internal Bleeding. If any of these symptoms occur on your body it will be better to visit the doctor as soon as possible. Or Calling a primary care physician at home.

Fibrocystic may be also another cause of cyclic pain, but it is not a major. It is chemical which creates tenderness in the breast.

When to see a Doctor?

It would be much better if one visits his/her doctor whenever one feels not well. If the pain, in the breast, chest or back continuously increases, see your medical practitioner immediately. The breast pain kept increasing with discharge of blood from the nipple with milk. It is an alarming situation, if this pain is increasing time by time.

Breast Cancer

Just a small overview, any minor problem could be a detrimental disease. Not mentioning that all minor problems can be a damaging disease. But one should be careful, because small symptoms like minor breast pain can be a Breast cancer. And it would be great to visit your practitioner frequently.
